January has been a month of progress and reset. I wanted to switch up some of the items I use. So, with that being said, I wanted to be able to select products that would do just that. Here are some of the products I purchased in January that have worked so far and plan to repurchase.

I found out about these chips when I wanted to swap out potato chips. I love the taste of potato chips, but I wanted a more nutritional option.

Clean Simple Eats Protein Powder is simply vanilla. It mixes well with other ingredients.

This product is perfect for shakes, pancakes, waffles, and much more.

Happy V Prebiotic & Probiotic

Absolutely worth the investment. I wanted to improve my overall gut health and make sure things flow smoothly.
It does regulate you as long as you keep consistent. I look forward to seeing how much it helps me long-term as I keep this product in my routine.

Parodontax Toothpaste

The Parodontax gum repair has done wonders at deep cleaning my gums.  It makes my gums feel a lot cleaner and healthier.

Circle Toothbrush Brush Head for an Electric toothbrush

I got an electric toothbrush with a circle brush head. I wanted to get a deep cleanse.
